Professional Tour Guide

JAMES HAMILL

I love living in London and passionate about introducing this amazing city  to visitors from all over the world.

But I also relish the opportunity of getting out of the city to many of the outstanding attractions, places of historical significance and areas of natural beauty that surround London.

I am a professional tour guide with many years of experience in travel and tourism and would like to share this knowledge and my experience with you.

Please do take a look at my tour pages to give you an idea of the kinds of trips or experiences that I offer and to let me know if you would like me to draw you up a personalised itinerary.

ABOUT

I have lived in London all of my life and I never tire of the people, places and spaces that go to make up this wonderful city.

After spending much of my professional life involved in various aspects of the Travel and Tourism industry, I subsequently qualified as a Blue Badge Tour Guide and extended the variety of tours I guide into areas outside of London, including Oxford, Bath and Canterbury.

Please do check out my Tours page, but remember that this just gives you a flavour of the tours that I organise.

For any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will get straight back to you.

The dome of St Paul's Cathedral, the 3rd largest in the world, has dominated the London skyline for centuries and for many is a still regarded as a defining feature of our capital today. The interiors are pretty impressive too.

A fortress, a stronghold, a palace, a prison, a place of execution, a zoo, an arsenal, where all our money was made, the longest running visitor attraction in the world and of course, a jewel house containing the breathtaking and priceless Crown Jewels. Find out more about these and of course the famous ravens and beefeaters.
